Hello Wedding Paper Masters,
I
received my order and words cannot express how delighted I was. Not
only with my order, but the entire experience I had with you and your
team. Here's my story...
I was trying to save money on my menus and place cards, because like many brides, I was trying to stay within a budget.
I
found Wedding Paper Masters online and was impressed with how pretty
the products were and at such an incredibly low price. I was hesitant at first
because I always believe you get what you pay for, but I was on a
budget and didn't want to spend the high prices I saw online with other
vendors.
I
took the chance and from the moment I ordered my menus and place cards,
the service provided was above and beyond what I am use to.
As
with other vendors, you place your order online and get a shipping
confirmation and later a brown box with your order enclosed. With
Wedding Paper Masters, I personally received a call after I placed my
order, to thank me for my order and assure me I would be very happy with
my order. You picked up the phone to say thank you. Nowadays, vendors
don't do that and the appreciation and assurance made me feel very good
about placing my order with you.
Next,
I was called to discuss some revisions I requested after reviewing the
proofs before they went out. The call was to make sure the revisions
were understood correctly and discuss different options. Again, what
vendor ever does that? Then the icing on the cake...I receive my
order. Not a usual brown box, but yet a white box is delivered.
When
I opened it up, I was so impressed. The wrapping of the menus and
place cards, our names handwritten in a stylish font, the black tie was a
great touch and last but not least, the white gloves!!!! White gloves
were provided, in case I preferred to handle my order this way and
ensure I don't dirty them. LOVE
THAT!!!!! You made me feel very special. I am two weeks away from
getting married and the last 6 weeks have taken a toll on me. Not just
because of the wedding but overall with everything going in my life just
a few weeks away from the wedding. It's been overwhelming and your
attention to detail made me feel really really good. I just had to pick
up the phone right away and call you to thank you. I will, without a
doubt, let all my friends and family know about you and will definitely
use you for all my future events. From the bottom of my heart, thank
you for making my day extra special!!!

I just got home a little
while ago and found a package waiting for me! (Talk about fast!) I
can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am with the finished product!!
They are beautiful!!! The colors, the wording of the menu, the quality
of the paper, the SERVICE!!! Oh, and the packaging with the white
gloves, beautiful ribbon and a personal note!!! Wow!!!! Ooops, I almost
forgot to mention that you had the best price of any other website I
looked at for menus and their prices certainly didn't include the

spelling, capitalization and wording of my menu. You took care of
everything and saved me time and a huge headache! Planning a wedding is

LOVED
my graduation announcements, and was amazed at how quickly they were
designed and prepared. All the merits I wanted to display were
incorporated nicely and included exactly as I wanted, without an
excessively braggy or pompous tone. The coordinators at Table Number
Cards were in constant contact with me, showing and telling me exactly
what the plan was and asking for my opinion on even the most minute
details. I was shown a finished product as if it were a rough draft, and
all the corrections and comments I made were used and heeded to revise
the announcements, which I really liked and appreciated. The true final
product, therefore, was everything I wanted it to be: formal, stylish,
informative, attention-grabbing and very pretty. When they finally
arrived in the mail, I was even more impressed: They were beautifully
and delicately wrapped in a sturdy cream paperboard that was tied closed
with a violet ribbon and came with their very own custom envelopes to
mail them in, as well as a pair of delicate white gloves so that they
wouldn't get dirty being handled by bare fingers. Every detail was
meticulously and attentively thought of and provisions were made. I am
extremely pleased and have received many accolades and congratulations.

I must say that you guys are truly amazing. Yesterday Zev
spent at least 45mins to a 1hr on the phone with me helping me produce
table numbers and place cards. Helping me with color, style etc and then
first thing in the morning I get your email with great quality proofs. I
will definitely spread the word because you guys truly have gone above
and beyond and I am truly pleased. So thank you!!
Thank you and Zev a million times over and over. I absolutely LOVE the
table number cards. The came out perfect!! The quality is great, the
detail is exceptional, and the total package definitely met my
expectations. My mom absolutely LOVES them. She felt that they were so unique, truly one of a kind. Zev

When I received the package I wasn't let down, not one bit. I wasn't
