After your order is received it is handset by a professional designer and reviewed by our director of design for your review and approval. Then an electronic eProof of your item(s) will be emailed to you for review & approval to the email address you provided in your order. Upon receipt of your approved email we will immediately start producing your order. We understand that sometimes things change and we are dedicated to make you happy. If you are not satisfied with the eProof we emailed you we will change it to your satisfaction if you so desire. If for any reason you are not happy with the electronic eProof we will provide you with a full refund. This Return Guarantee Only Applies To Products That Are Personalized With Text and/or Photos. Printing and Digital Photo Information

Our design team has an extensive background in photography and photo printing technology and love to produce emotionally charged personalized products that are significant to your affair. Please read on to learn more about how to we can make your order the highest quality possible.
  • We only print on the finest papers available. Our gloss paper is Xerox Digital Color Supreme Gloss. This is a 110lb paper stationary card stock and is coated for a more luxurious feel than your typical glossy paper.
  • Our professional in-house photo expert will perform complimentary photo touch-ups. We will enhance your photo that could include brightening and sharpening, removing red eye and cropping the image. We will call you should there be any recommendations or comments to your photo and will discuss these changes with you.
  • All color pictures can be converted to black & white or to sepia tone for no additional charge.

  • When sending your photo to us be sure to include your full name, order number and telephone number.
  • Always send the original photo from your digital camera. Use set your camera to the highest resolution your camera will support when shooting your photo. FYI digital photo beginners, photos that are taken in low resolution on the camera or converted to a lower or smaller sized version when being sent in an email means that there is less information that captured and created the photo you took resulting is less detail in photo. Your eye may not notice a difference of "less detail" of your photo on the screen, but the printing results will be noticeably affected. Remember, the more information your camera can capture to your photo the more beautiful reproduction onto paper.
  • While it may be tempting to crop the photo or make other changes on your own, please be assured that our designers are professionally trained and can do the best job of enhancing your photo. If you have very specific instructions, feel free to note that in the special instructions in your email with your photo to us or call us!
  • When shooting you photo, be sure to use optimal lighting. Natural light is the best and will give you the richest colors and sharpest image. Watch for shadows. Avoid direct sunlight on your subject(s) and if at all possible, wait for some cloud cover. When looking in your viewfinder, look out for shadows that may appear in awkward places or particularly bright areas that may print almost whitened out. You can use your flash when shooting outdoor photos to help with the image quality. If shooting indoors use the natural light projecting from windows. Take lots of photos, that's what's so nice about digital photography is the no cost of taking lots of pictures.
  • When using a flash a good rule is to be about 5 feet from your subject for a portrait.
  • Watch for motion. Keep your camera and subject steady. It is hard to notice motion because it may only be a hand or a foot that is moving. Motion captured on camera can print blurry for that body part. Try to shoot the photo in ample light, which will allow the camera to capture at a faster speed reducing blurriness from unnoticed motion. If indoors with no natural light, try using a flash about 5 feet away from the subject(s) to achieve this.
  • The above guidelines are meant to be used by a hobby photographer in order to, combined with TableNumberCards.com design and photo enhancement expertise, produce the highest, professional quality photo possible. But the above are general guidelines only and may not work in all cases. If the photo in question may not print to a desire quality, a TableNumberCards.com designer will contact you to discuss your options.

  • WeddingPaperMasters.com respects and upholds the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use it for personalizing your item(s), please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records.
  • If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you are not aware who created the work, you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer.
Copyright Indemnification
  • Purchaser agrees to hold harmless WeddingPaperMasters.com for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against WeddingPaperMasters.com for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Orders marked by the customer in the item "Deliver By Date" field with "ASAP" will be produced in 48 business day hours from the time of their electronic proof approval excluding Mondays and holidays.
  • Standard production time is four to six business days not including shipping transit time of 1 to 6 business days depending on the shipping service selected.
  • Orders are produced by priority as noted in the item "Deliver By Date" field.
  • Rush and Hot Rush production orders are available at extra costs. Please call for your special needs and requirements.
  • WeddingPaperMasters.com offers three shipping options for delivery within the continental US: Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day Air. Hawaii and Alaska customers, please select 2-Day or Next Day Air only.
  • We welcome international orders and ship to international addresses.
  • All of our shipping rates are extremely competitive and reflect the carrier's charges to us.
  • All of our packages are shipped using one of the following carriers; UPS, Airborne Express or Federal Express. Sample orders are shipped via the US Postal Service.
  • Please note that this processing time does not include shipping transit time which can vary between 1-6 business days depending on the shipping service selected.
  • Processing Time: the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the production center.
  • Shipping Time: the time from where the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door.
  • Once your order has shipped from the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can track the status of your delivery.
  • For orders shipped to destinations outside of the United States, WeddingPaperMasters.com is not responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.

Sales Tax

  • Our production center is located in the state of Florida. We are required by law to collect sales tax of 6.5% for orders that are shipped to destinations within the state of Florida. Orders shipped outside of Florida are exempt from sales tax.
  • Once an order is approved by the customer and put into production the order cannot be changed, modified or cancelled. No refunds can be processed once in production.
  • A $25 cancellation fee applies as follows
    Should we not receive a response to an electronic proof within 45 days from the day your order is received. Order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued less customizations, rush and proof processing and be subject to a $20 cancellation fee.
